My house had flooded and we called CSL construction to come and look at it. A lady name Lindsey had met with me for a consultation. She was super sweet and explained things well. She walked us through the process of what would be going on. She explained the documents and contract very throughly. She answered all of our questions very well. The workers came and dried out the house. The workers were very respectful and the dry out started immediately once I met with Lindsey and signed the contract. Once the dryout was finished, CSL stayed on top of my insurance company to get the estimate approved and they kept me in the loop for all updates with the insurance company. My house was dried out and my kitchen cabinets and dry wall was replaced within a reasonable time. Thank you CSL!!

This is the best company for water damage and more. We had water damage at our house and we called CSL to see if they could come out and look out the damage. CSL was very responsive and came out the same day to look at our home and Lindsey was the lady who came out to our house to explain the process. She was very helpful, between explaining the process of how the timeline with the insurance company works with approving the estimate and then getting materials in and then taking photos of the damage. Within the next day all my paperwork and contracts that I had signed with Lindsey was sent to the insurance company and I was CC’d on every email. Savannah followed up with the insurance company every two days to check on the status of my claim and updated me each time via phone even though I was CC’d on the email which I appreciated a lot due to not being able to check my emails a lot due...
