We hired CSL construction to redo our kitchen and flooring in our home after a mold issue. It has been a very difficult process dealing with at the end. After the installation, we began experiencing issues with the flooring. They came out and replaced planks however the issues continued. We had a professional inspection done, which confirmed that the contractor did not follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and installed the flooring incorrectly.
We also filed a claim with the flooring manufacturer after the inspection, and they agreed that the problems were caused by the contractor's poor workmanship. (The report you have was before the inspection and they ultimately agreed with the inspector). Despite all of this, the contractor has refused to take responsibility or fix the flooring. CSL Construction turned our horror story into a fairytale with a beautiful ending! We suffered a slab leak that started in our kitchen sink and went through our pantry and into our bedroom earlier this year (Feb 2024). My neighbor; without hesitation recommended Corey from CSL and gave me his number. A couple of hours later they showed up to do an assessment of the damages and discussed with us what they see. The next day they showed up with a full crew to do the absolute most thorough assessment of the damages and documented everything at every step of the process.
