Don't work with them. Someone I know showed me a letter and an email received from this company and both are FULL of misleading information. I don't know how the details of this scam work, but it is too good to be true. They used wording that sounds like they are associated with the VA and they aren't. They are offering an interest rate that can't possibly happen - today's Fed rate is just over 7% and they say they can do 5.75%.
