When I was first approached about selling property, I was skeptical having received similar notices. However, Dianne and her team quickly removed my skepticism. They were upfront about all details and communications. We received what we believed to be a good price and Dianne took care of all of the details, including closing.

I work with Diane and her team and selling some land that my dad had willed to me and my siblings several years ago. Will you tried selling it in the passed to no avail. Diane/Creative Land Exchange came along and gave us a fantastic offer and detailed out exactly how everything should or would go. I can tell you we we're highly skeptical. She told us how long it would take for everything to be finalized and for us to get the money so we sat back and waited patiently assuming something was going to go wrong to throw the deal off. Much to our amazement everything went off without a hitch not only that but in a shorter time frame then she had previously mentioned. There was one hiccup with the payout but that was quickly rectified with no issues. I would highly recommend her and created land Exchange to anybody interested in using them. They're a top-notch organization
