I was told during an inspection that I had mold in my attic, that's scary. I called several companies for quotes and opinions, and received completely different stories from them all, from "oh, its black mold-5000$", to "you must have had a fire, its charred material-3000$". I was beyond frustrated when Ben showed up. He did comprehensive tests, determined that there was some mold, some other different substances, and gave me a very reasonable price to simply mitigate the situation and fix it! He was thorough, professional, responsive and very fair. I'm so grateful that I found Creative Carpet Care & Restoration, and will definitely call them again with any needs I may have. We had a pipe break in our basement flooding our guestroom. We had a friend recommend creative carpet care and called them and within an hour Ben was at our house. He was very professional and was able to extract all the water from the carpet pop the baseboard to ventilate the drywall and put fans underneath the carpet in order to dry them out. We then had them come back out to shampoo the entire basement and did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend their services both for emergency carpet extraction and regular cleaning maintenance.
