Back in mid-June, CRC came out when our 32-year-old unit stopped working. They quickly diagnosed the issue, sourced the not-so-common fan motor, and had it installed the next business day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and got us up and running, extending the unit’s life long enough for us to start planning a replacement.

When it came time to get bids, CRC was responsive and professional throughout the quoting process. Their bid was one of the more competitive, with clear documentation and no overselling. Ultimately, we chose another direction, but we truly appreciated their prompt service and straightforward approach.

They arrived on-time and were fast and friendly. The price is more than fair given the amount of work involved. Shawn the technician is great and knowledgeable, definitely would hire again 👍

Great response time with good communication

The CRC team recently installed a new AC unit in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Frank, the owner, and his crew were always on time, professional, and easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to any questions, and I always felt I could reach a real person instead of dealing with endless automated replies or layers of admin.

It’s also a plus that they’re a locally owned company ,it feels good to support our local economy and trusted local contractors. If you’re considering any AC or plumbing work, I highly recommend giving them a call for a quote. You won’t regret it!

OMGosh!!! Sean was an extremely knowledgeable technician and respected the property A-N-D was so so patient to calmly answer the numerous questions from this senior citizen. An added PLUS is that CRC had the best price and most RELIABLE product on the market. I will definitely call them annually to flush out the water heater as a proactive measure
