Title: Mixed Experience - Beware of Delivery Service

Move from Midwest to Northeast.

I had a mixed experience with Condor. While the packing guy, Mario, did an amazing job, handling my belongings with great care and efficiency, the rest of the service left much to be desired. Five stars for Mario.

The worst part was the delivery service, which was handled by a different company or person. They were disorganized and careless. A few of my items were damaged. The delivery driver came with a few unprofessional laborers who did not seem trained for moving service.

In summary, while the packing was done well, the terrible delivery service made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would recommend finding a company that can handle packing, picking, and delivery by the same company. Read more >

I get in touch with Condor through a third party agent on my move from the MW to the NW, I must say Condor moving team is very professional, upon their arrival to pick up my stuff, they secure and pack ever piece of furniture carefully.Nisirine(partner/owner) is very polite diligent understanding professional business woman as for Hemitt warehouse manager words can't explain how he is a very good businessman first time I spoke to him he told me my stuff was in good hands and I sincerely believe him. Mario, Max and Antonio were amazing! 3 man crew and 1 truck really showed how it's done. They disassembled, reassembled all of our beds and couches, boxed up the tvs all with ease.

It's shocking this place has bad reviews they put up a post wanting to get rid of a bunch of stuff as they are moving warehouses I showed up start looking through it and within 30 seconds I'm being scolded buy a woman who claims to be the owner. Would not recommend this company to anyone needing to move anything. Used them to move long distance and tons of damage. Won’t go into detail, but about $4600.00 in damage and wound up with $300. Do your research and find someone else. Would give a -5 if I were able. Read more >
