Awful experience.
1. Delivery driver arrived with no helpers and took ALL DAY unloading our stuff and failed to properly reassemble multiple pieces of furniture. Moreover, when he finished, seeing as how late it was, he rushed us to sign off on everything.
2. He tried to give us someone else's table, even after we told him that it wasn't ours.
3. They had told us that payment upon delivery would need to be cash or cashier's check. However, we asked repeatedly ahead of time about alternatives (since our bank doesn't have branches in our new state.) They assured us repeatedly that we could pay by credit card (with a fee) over the phone when the dispatch called to tell us the final delivery date. Well, there was no such call.
