I have had a great experience with Condor Moving Systems. Joanie provided the best customer service. She was meticulous with the inventory list, thoroughly went through the items and the pictures that I sent her and even found the listing for the house I was moving from and looked at those pictures to get the lay of the land. She responded to every email and phone call and her manager even got involved with providing valuable information. This was the worst company Ive ever dealt with. They tell you what they think you want to hear, and then stick it to you. When the trucks pulled up to my house, the lead guy told the rest of the crew " these people are rich, were going to make alot of money today." The crew was instructed to use as many boxes, and as much tape as possible to run up the bill. They look you in your face with a smile while lying through their teeth the whole time. Furthermore, they wasted hundreds of dollars on additional packing materials, yet nearly all of our possessions were either damaged or completely broken. I strongly urge anyone needing a moving company to keep looking, and not subject yourself to the dishonesty and thievery. They're whole goal is to run your bill up as high as possible. They will hold your possessions ransom until you pay the additional thousands of dollars the lead...

This was probably the worst experience from beginning to end. They totally misrepresented themselves saying that they would handle our move with care and deliver my sons furniture with their own trucking company. The first problem was Condor said they would be there in the morning and they arrived late in the day. Then when they loaded the truck they told my son it would be double the price....now you're over a barrel. The truckers did not give my son a bill but they left with all his belongings then the next day they threatened him saying they would give away all his stuff. We offered to pay by credit card they insist on cash or cashiers check this we were charged 2% more. The whole time we were dealing with their henchmen not the sweet salesperson who signs you up. THE INITIAL TRUCK LOADING
The pickup crew for this 1200 mile interstate move was good except for some minor damage to the home during the truck loading. Condor refused to pay the very reasonable $50 repair because the damage was found by the realtor a few days after the move.

It all went downhill once our possessions were loaded!

- The price on my Bill of Lading was over 40% MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE.

- The Bill of Lading and subsequent billed amount were different, they grudgingly removed the extra charge.

- Every credit card payment contained a 2.5% “convenience fee.”

- If you pay the last installment upon delivery, they only accept CASH or POSTAL money order.

Item was suppose to arrive last week and then they cooked up a break-down story of truck. I moved from TX to PA. Joan was good at talking but once selling is done then she is not responsible anymore. dont get fooled by nice speaking sales. i took their service because of her first call which sounded very genuine

My invoice said I would get my stuff within 2 weeks, so I only packed 2 weeks worth of things... after the two weeks were up my stuff came A WHOLE EXTRA MONTH later. I called asking about where my stuff was & where they were in the process of delivering my stuff & the woman said “she didn’t know”.
They promise they’ll deliver on “your time”, however, the movers called me 4 weeks before & said “maybe they would make it by Friday evening by 5 or the next day.” They would call me soon to let me know for sure.
