This company takes you items to a warehouse where it may or may not be stolen and no matter what date you needed your items delivered it won’t be delivered on time. They immediately increased the price after already being paid in full for an estimate and contract over the phone. The owner is rude and will try to get money from you in any way . I don’t think he is honest. They also lease out other companies to move you items. They made my move the worst experience. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Btw I’m still waiting for my items to be delivered. Loaded on 10/25. It’s now 11/1. They also offered for me to move my stuff myself at drop off or they can give cash to friends that move it at the drop off. Huh? I paid (over paid) for you to load and unload. The owner refuses to answer my call now that the driver is on his way. The extra that we have to pay was decided and is now being disputed!...

Charged twice the quoted fee for “extra room”. When our boxes and furniture arrived, most of it was damaged despite paying for additional space. Boxes were ripped, tv damaged, wooden furniture with holes and duct tape to cover damage. Owner and customer service blew off phone calls for several days. Also, the truck arrived a month later than the date we were given. Took 5 months for a claim to be processed, and still waiting on reimbursement for not even half the damage. HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere.

I should have read the reviews before hand. I scheduled and begged over and over to get the movers to my house at a decent time and date to no avail due to hurricane Ida being in the area. They finally showed up, moving slow and wrapping things in a order that I didn’t ask… so they had to stop and unwrap. A estimated $2,000.00+ job turned into a $6,000.00+ job, and on top of that myself and my two sons help this guys 4 or 5 man crew unload the truck! And everything ended late1:45 am, small truck, they don’t return calls, couldn’t get compensation, etc. I will NEVER use nor recommend them, I am HOT!

Condor Moving Systems threatened us, lied to us, tried to charge us $1600 extra for items we didn’t have, and broke, lost, or - we believe - stole over $1000 worth of our possessions. I cannot warn you strongly enough to stay far, far away from this company.

On pickup, once the truck was packed, the crew chief, David, came to us (myself and my partner) to review the inventory he'd created on a tablet/iPad, as well as the revised estimate and bill of lading. When we looked over his inventory, we found many items on his list that we didn't have. (Most notably, he had claimed on his inventory that we had 5 air hockey tables. We do not have any air hockey tables.) We asked him why he had listed the air hockey tables, and he said he did not know. We asked him why he put things on our inventory if he didn't know why they were there, and he said he didn't remember why he did...
