By far the worst experience ever. Teachers will lie and say your children had a great day but your children will have different experiences. Lack of control in the facility, dirty restrooms. My daughters have gotten into fights and the teachers have done nothing my son who is 5 has complained of bullying and his behavior has changed tremendously. All the students are mixed together they don’t have a proper set up very dysfunctional. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS:Please beware of this daycare. My autistic child was bitten over 5 times and it was never reported no one had reached out and the incident occurred in Late February and was reported to the state Early March. This lets me know they were not watching the children. Every day coming home with a different bite mark. It wasn't until I saw teeth marks I noticed the consistent bites. I thought maybe he ran into something but it was not the case. Please beware of this daycare. They try to turn away children who have autism even if they are high functioning, they made me sign a paper for a two week trial and my children were not hard to accommodate at all. These places are filled with glorified baby sitters none of them have the proper licensing or up to date regulations that are actually being applied. Some places only do enough not to get shut down. I’m am only now seeing the response from the daycare. It was more than just not giving the discounts on the phone. Your response( the reason why)was not stated over the phone. The professional why would have been asking if I could come in etc. the tone and everything was off but it’s okay I found a better daycare years ago. When I called they were nice that made me to go the school. Discuss options my kid actually stayed same day. Even referred people and still going strong.
4 years ago review- They dont give you weekly price over the phone that's crazy. Said its company policy. Smh

One of the elementary schools in HISD said they had a partnership with them but for an entire week, the Director at this facility was "not there" when I called or bothered to return mine. I would never trust leaving my children there with that kind of disregard. I let HISD know, and they said they heard from several parents that they had a bad similar experience. I hope they find another center to recommend instead because by the way this one lies, they do not deserve it.

Teachers and owner is kind and polite. Facility is clean and safe.

My daughter has been going here since she was 4 months old and she's 3 yrs old now. Haven't had any issues, the teachers are all very nice and she seems to enjoy going.

Please write the right information on your website. I schedule an appointment at 11:30 am . I show up 15 minutes early and the lady with the purple hair try to tell me that the appointment was supposed to be at 10:30 am that she can’t let me in because she doesn’t know who schedule the appointment. I don’t if to visit and schedule an appointment online the people inside the school need to know the itech team. This is so frustrating. People work on this. Thank you

I just want to say this childcare has helped me in so many ways and has been a very reliable and dependable facility. When it came to my work schedule or just being able to give me time to myself to take care of things that are imperative in everyday life, it has been such a blessing. My children has been attending this childcare for almost 2 years and they have loved every minute of it.
