Our company's representative, Ashley Hernandez, is SO helpful. I am still learning about business insurance and had to message Ashley a few times (well, more than a few!) and she was patient and helpful throughout - every single message was answered promptly and she even took the time to screenshot and mark up some things so I knew exactly what I was looking for. In the end, I was able to send out the correct insurance document to the person requesting it. This is all while it is the holiday season and I am sure Ashley is super busy as it is! But she never made me feel like a bother. I am grateful for her help and patience!
