Alex Sandoval from Complete Flood Restoration was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found the most cost effective way to dry area in my bathroom without ripping out flooring or drywall saving us money. I would recommend friends and family.

I experienced a major leak in my home, and every room but two had water damage. All the furniture in the affected rooms had to be packed and stored. I had two outstanding leaders in charge of the packing, restoration, and delivery/unpacking. Alex Sandoval was the one who came out the morning of the incident at 3 am to clean up the mess. He left at about 6 am and returned that afternoon to assess the damage. Raul Rios took over to oversee the restoration. Both made my ordeal much easier to handle. Profesional and knowledgeable, they ensured I was aware of what needed to be done and were in constant contact with me.
