Awesome prompt service Alex was here at 2 am in the morning removing the water from my overflowed toilet. He was real professional and really patient with all my concerns, basically walked my throughout the whole process from start to finish. Thanks for drying my house and all your help.

After working 12 hour shift I came home to relax and do a load of laundry only to have my house get flooded when the hose came detached from the machine. I was in tears! My midnight call to complete restoration was answered by Eric who assured me that I had nothing to worry about! Sammy got to my home within 20 minutes of my farnctic call...water had flooded my downstairs. The company was on the spot, quick, corteous and told me the steps going to happen. I highly recommend Complete Restoration. We had extensive water damage in the ceiling which had to be removed and replaced. Sammy and his team did a fantastic job with removal of the asbestos-positive affected drywall and insulation, replacement of affected materials, and finishing touches.

They made our house as good as new in a timely and communicative manner. They took away all of the headaches of dealing with insurance and construction. They did all the paperwork for our insurance.
