Community Room Rental

WARNING - if you don't plan on staying during the entire duration of your lease then do not sign on the dotted line with this agency.

They continue to harass me for money months after I moved out even hiring a collection agency to threaten me. They even mentioned about bringing over the police before I left.

The room I left in spotless condition I might add was rented about two weeks after I left. So they never lost any money with me leaving early.

I left my lease early because I had an opportunity to better my career in a different location.

This has been a horrible situation for me. Please be very careful with signing a lease with this company. They will not let you get out of it for any reason without paying the full penalty on top of losing your full security deposit.

Personal and professional. It's the best way I can describe my experience so far with them. I haven't signed a lease yet but I intend to and they're willing to bend over backwards to make a situation work for you if you were the correct candidate.

I never got an answer and no one returned my calls.

This Community program is great for people looking to establish themselves and Independent living. In these times of struggle this place is a "Blessing" filled with so much comfort and cleanliness. They offer so much without asking trust "GODS" timing I truly believe this is part of his plan... Thanks much p.s.
