Community Room Rental

WORST living experience in Charlotte so far.... you will have a bad time and be overcharged for it. 'A living space for young working individuals " . More like a halfway house for a bunch of old drunks that stay home all day. basically took my entire deposit when I left to clean the room of stains and marks that were there before me. Wish I got to move into a perfect clean room... Was put in an attic outfitted to be a room with slanted walls and one window but still had to pay as much as everyone else that had actual bedrooms. If you want to deal with annoying people, inadequate rooms, and be overcharged for the experience than this is the place for you! -------Reply: No larger room was ever offered to me nor was the deposit situation ever resolved. My complaint was ignored. $500 to clean a 10x10 room is absurd and most of it was for stains that were there prior to me.

Jason and his team have been exceptional, I was highly impressed by his professionalism and organization. He is extremely friendly and personable. I also love the parties that Community Room Rental hosts! I have been to several and they are always a great time! He goes above and beyond for his guests and provides such a fun time while ensuring everyone is taken care of.

Community Room Rentals is a wonderful option for those in a transition stage of life of simply looking for a more affordable living situation. The spaces are cleaned and while maintained, the housemates are kind and respectful, and maintenance does a great job taking care of any needs that may arise.

Jason goes above and beyond to engage the community in memorable events. If you're new to the city and looking for a place to call home, look no further.

I had an outstanding experience with Community room rental! The room and common areas were impeccably clean, well-furnished, and exceeded my expectations. My Story: I contacted community room rentals in May 2023 about leasing a room. I spoke with Jason Wallace who was very nice and professional. They advertise Community room rental (CRR) as a place where you might make friends and based off their social media they even have community events which in reality, do not occur. My time at Community Room Rental has been great!! There’s a weekly cleaning crew, so the shared spaces are rarely dirty, which is nice. I thought the co-living situation would be worse than it was, but I haven’t had many issues. Jason is great about resolving issues as they arise, but it rarely gets to that point. This has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend living here!!

Had a very negative experience from start to finish. Arrived and couldn’t get it in and was not able to get any help. I finally figured out they switched rooms without telling me. Air conditioning not working and it was Jujy.

I expected to live with professionals but had people going in and out all night very loud. Cars pulling up and leaving. Smelled smoke and did report this. They said the guy next to me was not getting his lease renewed and they needed to investigate. I get that they needed to investigate but I expected to be living with all professionals as advertised. They texted saying they had a complaint that was it.

They did get rid of the guy but problems continued. Sharing a bathroom was tough with people vomiting early morning and then running up and down stairs which were not carpeted slamming doors. Music blaring. I got out of college...

So excited for my new experience. With community room rental..🙏
