I lived at one of the properties in Charlotte from September 2016-February 2018. It was perfect for the transitional stage of my life where I was leaving one career and starting another. I instantly had friends and a network of open-minded, kind people and through CRR got involved with InterNations. Jason does a pretty good job of screening and matching people and environments, and puts in the effort to get to know you. It was 5 years ago I moved out and to LA but still keep in touch with the old group of friends I made through Community Room Rental. In fact, some of us are all meeting up, after all this time, for a reunion in Bocas Del Toro, Panama to celebrate NYE 2022-2023. While living in Charlotte, my experience of Community Room Rental was FANTASTIC! What really sets this place apart is the fact that everything is very clean and organized: cleaning services are provided, there are chore checklists, and the expectations are written in detail within the lease. The property management is extremely professional and good at communication. All tenants are vetted properly to ensure everyone’s safety. It is very unique that the culture of the living situation is geared towards socializing-there are very frequent events and parties which something that you will not find anywhere else!
