Landlord didn't respond in a timely manner, didn't help in roommate disagreements even when rules where broken, not to mention I never got my deposit back once I moved out even though I left it spotless. Paid cleaning fee and the people didn't do a good job, maintenance men used your stuff when working on jobs like food, drink, and technology, they didn't speak any English, and worked on jobs while drinking beer.
