Community Room Rental

I'm very happy living here. I like having my room on the bottom floor, as I can just walk out of the house without having to walk down and climb stairs. Also, Kelly has been great and east to share the kitchen with.

Overpriced room sharing experience. I was paying $900 ($950 after my renewal) for a room in a house of 6 rooms. That room was converted from what used to be a living room. Despite them claiming to do a background check there were a couple questionable roommates I had during my time there, i realized through conversation I needed to move. My entire deposit was kept despite the only damage being from a strong of led lights i’d placed along the top end of the walls in my room (I clean every week and I was careful with the paint considering I was renting and was hoping not to have my deposit kept after moving out). I never got invited (nor did anyone in our house) to any of the “events” they claim to host for the community portion of their stay. We were charged more after renewal because they claimed cleaning fees had gone up. ($75x6=$450 for 2 cleanings a month to $100x6=$600 for still...

I've been with community room rental for 6 months and overall it's been a pleasant experience. The staff is professional and my housemates have been great. Also they provide bi-weekly housekeeping. I look forward to signing a. new lease when the time comes.
