If I had to do it again, I would without a doubt choose a community room. 5 starts across the board. They are very attentive and fair on any situation when it comes to their rentals and will always respond/ address whatever concerns you’re having. Highly recommended! I miss my rental in Charlotte, NC!

Overall my experience living with CRR was fine. Occasionally they’d forget to pay the water bill on time, and then would blame us for “leaving a toilet running” or something while they went online and paid it, or have the heating and air conditioning so low that it might as well not be on, despite being in a house with 7 residents (so they could easily afford a slightly increased power bill to ease our discomfort), or they would leave us with only one refrigerator for months at a time. Really, the big issues were when they tried to evict one of my roommates because she got attacked by another roommates’ boyfriend. Yeah, no, that’s not cool and I definitely showed up in court to support her. The other one being after I left. My move-put date was set at November 9th, 2022, but my move-in date at my new place was October 17th. So I was taking my time moving stuff from one place to the...

DONT DO IT!! The worst roommate experience of my life. Save your time and money and Find somewhere else . They Trying to do anything to get a good review it’s been over 2 year since I lived with them and they keep sending me messages to leave a review DESPERATE MUCH …it’s Terrible if I could leave No stars I would.

Ok, but not great. When I moved out the owner tried to stiff me with unnecessary BS charges I didn’t owe, and tried to say I “damaged” his carpet. He Also unfairly kept my security deposit. The owner of the property is a dishonest person. I wont do business with Charlotte Community Room Rental again
