When I visited Dr. Krawitz for an eye consultation and treatment, I must say that the entire experience was extremely reassuring and positive. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was received with warmth and professionalism by the team of assistants. They were patient, attentive, and very well organized, which immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Krawitz took the time to carefully examine my condition and explain the diagnosis and treatment in a very clear and calm manner. What impressed me most was the humane and compassionate approach shown throughout the process. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with great care.
The assistants also deserve special appreciation for their kindness and efficiency. They guided me through each step of the tests and procedures with genuine concern and courtesy.

My first time visiting Cohen Eye Institute was great. The technicians were all professional and Dr. Kravitz was also very thorough and communicative and answered all my questions. The facility is big and very clean. Expect to spend almost two hours for a very comprehensive exam and well worth your time!
