I scheduled an appointment online. They encourage this and even the automated system when you call says to schedule online or by text instead. Anyway I figured I would call and just confirm that it was good to go because I did not get a confirmation. The person on the phone was very rude, kept cutting me off, required me to repeat verbally all of my information (which I just spent 30min entering into the online form due to the form being very glitchy). She insisted she had the number for my insurance. I asked her to confirm it and it was not the correct number. I provided the correct information. She hung up on me before I could ask her to verify the address.
So they encourage you to schedule online, but then appointments aren't actually available online even though they say they are. Then staff are very rude on the phone.
