To start off Samantha from the office was always very nice, polite, and responsive. Paul and Logan showed up on time and very professional. There must have been a misunderstanding about the condition of my roof and they immediately called the office to let them know the moss wasn’t as bad as in the notes. Samantha called almost right after they had called her to adjust the price. Very honest company that I would recommend to everyone. They also offered other services albeit me turning them down it was very nice and thoughtful to ask. Again would highly recommend this company. Read more >

I highly recommend CNY Roof Cleaners. I was very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. They kept me in the loop as far as arrival time, explained the entire process,and were very respectful of my property. My technician's name was Roman, and he was very polite and professional. He informed me of any trouble spots that be encountered. He completely cleaned up after the job was done. He walked around the property, inspecting the work he had done.
