Vincent and Roman of CNY Roof Cleaners did a great job at our house today; thoroughly explaining what they planned to do before starting, and then reporting what they saw after they were complete. We had the mid-tier gutter & roof cleaning service done. It would have been easy for them to claim the upper roof (which I cannot access) needed additional or more frequent service, but instead, they were very honest about what they saw and did not see. Adam and Jeremy were here yesterday to put up Christmas lights on our 2 story house (first time we ever hired someone!). They arrived early, were here several hours, both were super friendly and knowledgeable. The lights look awesome, obviously professionally done and we have already had 3 neighbors ask about them- one while they were here! CNY is pretty pricey, but we ‘rent’ the lights, they put them up (on second story roof line- requiring ladders, 35 degrees, windy and icy porch roof) and will be coming back to take them down.
