They were polite and helpful on the phone. I got an itemized quote quickly through email. They were able to schedule the appointment soon after I told them what I wanted done. They communicated to confirm but then when it snowed they automatically made another appointment and promptly notified me. I did not need to be home for the service. The technician Mr Hall was on time, polite and professional. He explained what was going to do, what he did, and gave me some suggestions for how to solve an ongoing problem we have. Wow, great job! I had my roof cleaned with some heavy moss built up on it. All gone now! Paul, my technician arrived on time and was fantastic. Very professional and technically skilled operating the equipment. I also had my white house spray washed. Again very happy with the results.
