My house and garage have five different shingled roofs. I also have a metal awning to my porch and eves troughs, (some call them 'gutters') with screens on them. Due to some trees that grew too close to the roofs moss had grown on several of them and my insurance company after an outside inspection had told me that if I didn't get them cleaned or repaired, my rates would go up. My eves had layers of pine seeds and leaves from several years built up on them, so the screens no longer worked properly. The awning was dirty with dirt and mildew and looked shabby. I've had the trees trimmed back to avoid future problems but i needed someone to clean everything off.
