A few weeks ago we had our yearly gutter cleaning. Because of the modifications made to the house over the years (built in the 1920s), the gutter configuration is a bit odd (including one that runs through the covering for the front entrance). As usual, our technician was prompt, courteous and professional - and our gutters are now free from the helicopter seeds (several maple trees around the house) and other debris. I saw the CNY Roof Cleaners ad showing roof vents with flanges with loose nails and saying that they will inspect the roof and seal exposed nails & vent penetrations that have loosened or become cracked. That’s just what I needed.
I called about 10a.m. Anthony took my call and scheduled a technician for that same afternoon. Vinny arrived, I told him that on the garage roof I know there is a problem area. He said he would check the whole roof; the house is a Colonial Style with a 2 story roof over the house and a one story roof over the garage. He put up his 2 ladders, inspected both roofs and sealed several problem areas.
When he was finished he showed me the before & after pictures of the areas he sealed.
Total cost with 5% Veteran Discount + 8% sales tax was$255.96.
