The worker showed up promptly this morning. He was very professional and polite. He discovered a problem with a downspout that had been blocking the water and making it backup into my gutters. Apparently it was there for quite some time, as it had grown into the ground. He showed it to me. It was a 3 foot solid mass of dirt and roots!! This also ended up saving me money. Read more >

We started off with a bit of miscommunication re: the steepness of my roof that required a reasonable adjustment to the proposal because now two workers were required. Then my low water pressure required two days of work, not one. Through all of that I was more than satisfied with the professionalism of the workers and the quality of their work. I signed up for Premium 3 Roof Clean and Roof Maintenance for our 25-year old, asphalt shingles that were very moss covered. When the crew had finished it looked like I had just put on a new roof and the vinyl siding sparkled! Due to a lot of trees I had some thick moss on the roof of my house, on my driveway and a little bit on part of my garage door. They were recommended to me by a roofer. I called, she took some details, emailed a quote a couple of hours later, I reviewed it, signed it. Within a week they performed the work. They called to let me know they would arrive in 15 min and let me know when they were finished. I was a little nervous about the roof as there was a lot of moss and the roof is over 30 years old. The roof, garage door, porch and driveway look great and the roof shingles were still good and in good shape. I highly recommend them and would use them again. Read more >
