Great responsiveness from these folks. Had them add insulation to the attic, and they were sure to a) check for existing mold or damage/leaks b) ask why I was looking for more insulation, and c) make sure I was aware what costs would be and exactly how the process would go and why it'd lead to improvement in temperature and feel in the home.
