CNY Roof Cleaners

I was up against a deadline for my roof to have a minimal amount of moss cleaned from it and had been let down by no shows from three other businesses when I was referred to CNY Roof Cleaners. They listened to the issue (and me whining about the deadline) on a Friday morning and they had Roman head out to clean my roof after his other job in the area, at around 6pm on a long weekend Friday.

I was reconciled to another no show, given the last minute nature of booking them in but CNY RC got here, did an excellent job and got on their way before sundown. The cleaning was maybe a little more expensive than others but their customer service, speed and dedication to get the job done was more than worth the extra $$$. Would 100% recommend these folks.

There was lots of communication and they did a great job cleaning my roof and even got some stuff out of the gutters. Since the roof was so new and didn’t need a deep cleaning they reduced the price. Honesty is definitely their policy. Will be using them again. Highly recommend!

This is the third time that I have used the services of CNY Roof Cleaners...roof wash, roof vents replacement and house washing. Most recent service was a professional job. The technician, Vinny, explained what was to be done initially and upon completion did a walk around to my complete satisfaction. Would use their services for future work. Highly recommend this veteran owned company.

This group deserves every one of my five stars and all of the stars from their other glowing reviews. From the website booking to the callback and emails, all the way to the actual service, five stars across the board. It's daunting to find a new vendor to do something at your house. Most don't answer their emails or website forms, and others don't even pick up their phone. Not these guys. They're on it from the start and follow all the way through. I'll be sticking with them for a long time. Thanks!

My technician (I can’t remember his name ) was world class ! He was polite, answered my questions and the roof looks amazing ! He even had the job added to his work load at the end of the night and he didn’t complain , he was a class act. Thank you !

This is the first time I called CNY Roof and Cleaners to clean my gutters, I'm glad I did. They are courteous, friendly and professional to the core. From my initial contact with Tyler to the care and thorough workmanship of Josh and Vinnie, this has been a great experience. I certainly would recommend CNY Roof Cleaners to everyone, I plan on calling them for future home projects. The five star rating is no hype!

Vinnie arrived exactly on time. Very pleasant and efficient - work was done in less than two hours. The house is under many trees and near a busy road so collects a little bit of everything. Very thorough work - the house looks great! Thank you.
