Roman was super helpful and accommodating! He and the other tech were wonderful at explaining what they found on the roof and future preventative measures that I could take to make sure that our roof stays in top condition! This is the second time that I have used CNY Roof Cleaners services and I will definitely be using them for as long as we live here in our home.

My project was a partial roof cleaning primarily to remove moss caused by my neighbor’s nearby pine trees.
Technician Ryan arrived on time. He was polite, explained the job to me and answered all my questions. He worked efficiently and professionally. When he finished, he cleaned up completely and we discussed the results.

We had CNY Roof Cleaners clean our moss and debris covered roof, Roman Gilchrist was a great guy, was here on time and explained everything he was going to do. We are on a well, so it took longer to do the job because it took time for the well to replenish but that was explained before he started. The roof was fairly covered with moss and dirt and debris and by the time he was finished it looks like a new roof!
Roman cleaned everything up afterwards, leaving our house and property spotless!
I would highly recommend CNY Roof Cleaners for any of your roof and house cleaning jobs!
