CNY roof cleaners did a great job! They were upfront explaining the services available and asking questions to meet my needs. They arrived the day of the appointment, completely cleaned my roof and gutters. My daughter came over a couple of days later and said Wow, it looks like new! Will definitely recommend and use them again.

CNY Roof Cleaners came when they said they would and had my gutters cleaned out quickly. The only confusion is on their online notice which was sent prior to their visit. It listed requests for homeowners to prepare for their visit. The page also requested to be paid which I did immediately after they left by a check to the address provided. However the next day they charged my credit card which they had on file which included taxes.
It might be advisable to mention if they have a credit card on file that it would be use to pay the bill.
