CNY Roof gave me excellent service. Zach in the office got back to me promptly and THAT means alot. Not cheap, but Dad always said "you pay crap you get crap".

I had a lot of ice build up on my roof and therefore a lot of snow build up. I called CNY and the next day 3 workers appeared ready to remove my snow and ice. They worked for two hours chopping the ice from my roof and removing the snow. They were polite and diligent. The only problem was where they had to put the snow which was on my porch…it was that or crush my landscaping. They apologized for having to do that, but now I have a glacier on my porch which is growing higher as more snow falls. I was informed what the price would be before they arrived but it was an expensive job. I live about 11/2 hours from CNY so I incurred an extra fee. The total cost was $1700…wow huh, but the roof is now free from the ice dam and the foot of snow that was on it. I would recommend CNY roofing, but it is pretty pricey.

Just had 3+ feet of snow and ice removed from roof- Hard working team and got the job done! Also-----I've had my pavers/pool deck, house, gutters and roofed cleaned ALL came out amazing. Communication was excellent before, during and after the job. Highly recommend them!

My initial call was returned quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Arrived on time and worked quickly. The gentlemen who came out were nice and answered all of my questions. Will use them again!

Quick and efficient service removing ice dams from my house.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Zack set up a appointment whether quickly and was very pleasant and Roman Broc and Braydon were very helpful getting the job done ...and giving me very helpful information to help make my ice dams not such a headache ... Gutters cleaned. They arrived on time, were courteous and gave a report on roof and gutter conditions. I have a missing shingle to replace. Highly recommend this quality service
