The people from CNY Roof Cleaning were awesome from the very start. When I called to make an appointment, the woman I spoke with was very polite, helpful and professional. The appointment was followed up with an email reminder and a summary of the work to be completed.
Due to weather conditions, the job was delayed slightly, but the supervisor assured me that the work would be completed. The crew cleaned the gutters one afternoon, then returned the following day to clean the roof. The crew did an excellent job, and the roof looks great!
I would definitely hire them again!

There was a minor mix-up b/c price was originally quoted as "total" but before tax. I paid the corrected higher price with tax. Surprisingly, I received a check in the mail that reflected the amount questioned. I was extremely impressed!
