I would highly recommend using CNY Roof Cleaning for your job! We have a large home (cedar siding) with some stubborn mildew. SEVERAL of our friends and neighbors mentioned that it looked like our home had been freshly painted after! CNY Roof Cleaning reached out to us to make sure that we were happy with the job... we were extremely impressed but a little disappointed that there was still a few spots of mildew. We didn't think there was anything that could be done, but CNY Roof Cleaning very promptly scheduled a return visit, a gentleman used a ladder to get to the stubborn spots and made sure that we looked at it together and that we were completely satisfied. We have renovated two homes and dealt with many different contractors so we know that things are not always 100% perfect.
