We had our roof cleaned about 3 weeks ago. It looks great. A few spots where their is tiny moss but it's all dead and hardly noticable. The thick stubborn stuff is gone along with the black staining on a brown roof. I paid for the roof maintenance but there was nothing to do so they refunded our money. I also paid for the window cleaning. That does not appear too have been done. I paid for it so the roof stuff would be sprayed off it was still there and some windows you could tell never saw a drop of spray. An if they were to rinse the deck it was not done but I am not sure if that was included. My fault for not verifying. I would highly recommend their roof cleaning but not the window cleaning. I paid before I realized that it was not done . I love that its veteran owned as we are vets. I will use their roof cleaning service again.

We hired CNY Roof Cleaning to power wash our house. They arrived exactly when they said they would and did a wonderful job. When they were finished the house looked brand new. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this service and would hire them again without hesitation.

The guys from CNY Roof were punctual and explained everything. Very personable as well as professional. They did a great job and my roof looks so much better.
