CNY Roof Cleaning did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were very professional. Riley did an excellent job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The gutters are working great.

CNY Roof Cleaners did an amazing job! We had heavy moss on multiple areas on our roof and they were not in a hurry to leave until the job was done to our satisfaction. They were on our roof for several hours! We are very pleased.

I just had the exterior of my house washed today by CNY Roof Cleaners. I want to recognize Dorian and Noah . They did an excellent job . They were very thorough and followed up to all my concerns. They not only washed my house , they repaired a roof leak that occurred overnight . I really appreciated it because I tried contacting several roofers today and they are all booked up for the next 2 months. I highly recommend CNY Roof Cleaners.

Just had my gutters cleaned and whitened by Mark & Riley. Let me just say they rock! There were on time and knocked to introduce themselves and go over what was needed. We did a walk-around after to make sure I was satisfied. (100%) Their work was first class but what made it even better was their friendliness and work ethic. They like their jobs and the company and are excited about being part of the growth that is happening. Well done! I will be calling back and recommending CNY Roof Cleaning to others.

CNY Roof Cleaning did a good job and they are extremely professional and have great customer service. This by no means is a bad review I would continue recomend their services going forward. However, I do see areas that could be improved and enhance their already high quality customer experience. My only caution is their web based quoting platform....the TOTAL amount that you sign an agreement for is not actually accurate....in the fine print you'll see "plus NYS sales tax" on each line item but that is never added up an reflected in the TOTAL price....When a customer sees a TOTAL price, that should include everything, I don't feel it is the customers job to figure out the total including taxes before signing the agreement...TOTAL = TOTAL....In this case the real total price comes after the job is done and the customer has no recourse but to agree to it.
