I made my appointment with CNY and the we’re on time, easy to work with, did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this business!

Riley, Mark, and John all provided amazing service from start to finish. We had a good amount of debris in our gutters and on our roof that they took care of quickly and efficiently. A previous rain storm left us aware of a small roof leak - the CNY Roof Cleaning team identified a roof vent that was not sealed properly and some roofing that was not nailed down properly, and they resolved each of those issues and re-sealed our roof fixtures. After they were done, they walked me around the property to point out their hard work, and explained the hardware they used to perform it - it was informative and comforting to have such a thorough debriefing after the job was done.

It was clear that the team took a great deal of pride in their work, and it showed! This isn't the first time we relied on them for roof cleaning and gutter work, and it won't be the last.

The recent cleaning of my house and roof was superb. I called a few other roofing companies in my area ( Liverpool NY) and none were as responsive to my needs and budget as CNY Roof Cleaning. The person whom took my call answered my questions professionally and promptly. The questions that she didn't have answers to she researched and sent both emails and TXT with answers. The two gentlemen that showed up to actually clean the house where on time, curious, and careful not to damage the plants or property. The explained to process, pointed out trouble areas and verified the quote. I would recommend using CNY Roof Cleaning to anyone. They are now my go to Company. Friendly, efficient, and cleaned the roof and it looks great! Trimmed the trees hanging over the roof and removed all the tree waste and cleaned up the yard.
