CNY Roof Cleaners

Paul and Andrew were on-time and did a great job. They had a problem with their generator but instead of giving up, Paul fixed it and continued with the job.

We hired CNY Roof Cleaners to wash our house, roof, and pavers. Dorian and Noah did an excellent job today. These two young men were very courteous, professional, positive and efficient. They double-checked their work order vs. our needs, paid attention to the details. They did amazing job to remove moss from the roof, and make the aluminum siding shining again. They didn't leave any debris, leaves or pine needles in the gutters after the wash, and keep the surrounding area clean. Dorian showed me around the house after they completed the work and explained what they did...
Noah was stung by bees three times when he cleaned the roof, but he kept smiling, never complained. Dorian turned our patio look like a new one, and kept the site neat and in good order...

Paul and Andrew were the Best! On time to deal with our problem of gutter debris and removal of it. They took the gunk away which was great for us. We have a metal roof which put off some companies but not CNY Roof Cleaners.We used to watch the water pour out of the gutter and onto the window. Within three hours, the rain poured and and it was a miracle to have a normal gutter working. Will use again and definitely will recommend.

I am thrilled that the roof and gutters are cleaned! I was concerned that the spray not affect our bee treatment (under the gutters) or hit the foundation (which had been repainted). Both of my concerns were acknowledged and carefully responded to. The roof, now dry, looks like new. Gavin and Clayton worked professionally and were responsive to my concerns. The ladies on the telephone were very professional & quick to email me the information I needed prior to scheduling. Dorion not only cleaned our gutters, he went the extra mile. It is because of workers like him that businesses stay in business. I received the bill electronically hrs after the service was rendered. My experience with CNY Roof Cleaners was great!
