This is the second time that we have used CNY Roof Cleaners. They are right on time, do a great job and are very reasonably priced. The first time we had them just do the roof wash to remove some nasty moss build up on the roof, which they guaranteed for two years. Honestly it's been just about 3 years since the first job, and we just started to get a little moss back. I needed my gutters cleaned out, like, NOW. With all the recent rain the gutters were overflowing horribly. Called CNY Roof Cleaners, and got an estimate the next day. I had a few others come by, but they weren't really interested in doing the job...most were roofers, looking for side jobs to keep busy but gutter and roof cleaning wasn't their stock-in-trade. Plus, some of their prices were too high. CNY gave me a proposal that was right there where I expected it, and was able to schedule the job within a few days. Before the tech arrived I received a copy of their Workers Compensation insurance policy...WOW! Reassuring, and very professional touch. Tech did the job and cleaned out those nasty gutters, inspected them and made a few adjustments, and cleaned up afterwards. Got an electronic bill that evening, with price as-quoted. We recently had CNY Roof Cleaners come up to give our house a full roof cleaning and exterior cleaning (house wash) thanks to a recommendation/referral from our niece, Larissa. Our experience with this service was excellent from start to finish. Lining up the appointment was a breeze with a very personable young man, Tyler. Many places have a long wait list for services to be provided but we received a very quick appointment date. The serviceman, Roman, was very professional, experienced plus considerate of our home and landscape. He provided us with excellent service.
