CNY Roof Cleaners

First,my experience initially setting up the work with Allison was above and beyond expectations. On a holiday, had gone online &used their online appointment and estimating tool. The day, thenext working day, Allison called me and said that the online pricing tool had overpriced the job and she lowered the cost substantially by hundreds of dollars! In today's world that is rare for somebody to be that honest & customer caring. She could have left the price as it was quoted to me on their online estimating tool, billed me a higher cost. and I would not have been the wiser. But she took the time to call me and tell me it was incorrectly costed online and lowered the price for me! So that is rare to find that honesty, in today's business world when most businesses are focused on maximizing profit, not on what is best for the custoner.

I have used CNY Roof cleaners at my home twice now and at my business just this past spring and they always do a fantastic job. Come and go as promised and go the extra mile to keep the customer happy. A+ from me.

Cleaned a brick walkway that looks like new.

I received same day service when I requested to have my gutters cleaned this morning. A young man named Nick arrived promptly and carefully removed tree debris from both levels. At my request he carried the debris to the corner for disposal. I was happy with his work and polite demeanor. He advised me that my roof is in good shape except for some overhanging branches that should be removed. I thought this was good advice and beyond expectations.
