Excellent work by CNY roof cleaners! I believe it was Alex and another technician who did blown in insulation for me. They did a wonderful job and made sure to clean up their workspace once they were done. I absolutely recommend them for any job. They were thorough, punctual, and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend

Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning my gutters. He showed me before and after pictures and boy did I ever need this done. They are all set for the winter and I am very happy to have that done.

Guy who came through to discuss plan seems not to have communicated well with guy who eventually (weeks later) called about scheduling. That second guy discussed specifics about methods and techniques which turned out to have nothing to do with what the workman was equipped to do! Workman was businesslike and efficient, did a great job (differently from what that second guy had described and agreed). Bottom line: nice work, terrible communications. Price better than another quote, and it is worth saying that the competitor also lost the job due to poor communication as well as price.
