Very professional and considerate of the property. Called them on Friday and they were here Saturday morning. Did a very thorough job of cleaning the snow and ice dam’s off the roof.

After the last Snow and Ice storm we contacted CNY Roof Cleaners. With in a week, three gentlemen came and removed all snow and Ice from the roof. When they arrived, they got right to work and did not stop until they completed the job. Not only are they hard workers but they explained what was done. They were knowledgeable in their job and did it quickly and very pleasant to talk to. They cleaned up any snow/ice that fell in the driveway before they left. (very considerate) I will recommend them to family and friends and not think twice to have them back if the situation occurs again.

The crew of young men that cleared the snow and ice dams off my roof on 2/21/2025 after the Valentines Day Snow Massacre, were absolutely wonderful! I've had a lot of workers at my home over almost 30 years for various jobs and never have I seen such diligent, hardworking, meticulous and conscientious workers. They worked almost non-stop in below freezing temperatures for 8 hours. It may sound like a lot of money when you first hear the cost of snow removal and ice dams from your roof, but when you see the amount of time and effort that goes into this type of job, you'll understand why the cost is what it is. They've given me piece of mind and I'm very confident in the work of the 4 young great guys that did it. They deserve a lot of kudos for their hard effort and work ethic!!!

We are out of state landlords. We called CNY Roofers for problems with our gutters due to all the ice and snow recently. They came out in a few days, at the time they said they would. They cleared off the whole roof and got rid of the ice dams, all within 1 1/2 hours. They did a great job per our tenant. Could not recommend them enough; will definitely call them again.

The workers were friendly, helpful, polite and very accommodating. They did an excellent job in removing a large ice dam and icicles from my roof, at a reasonable price. They also provided me with some very useful information regarding some problems they discovered while working on the roof and gave me possible solutions to these problems to prevent future ice dams and leakage. I greatly appreciated their suggestions and honesty. I will definitely use CNY Roof Cleaning again and recommend them to my family and friends!

We had the team come out to clean the snow and ice dams from our roof. They were great! They completed everything in a timely manner and even checked on some heating cables we had that weren’t working properly. They got those straightened out for us. Excellent service.
