Our experience was an awful shock to us with our landlord selling the house with no fore warning at all! That was a low blow! Carson Fox on the other hand, Was kind, considerate and truly a gentleman during this process. He has helped us enormously with our dilemma. Going out of his way to help us find another home and even offering help with moving. A truly Christian man! He even provided us extra time to find a place. He was a blessing to work with. And to top it off, ( and he doesn't want me to tell this) but on the day of closing, he dropped by and told us he was so sorry about our situation and handed me an envelope. Carson promises for this to be a painless smooth experience, however we definitely had some hiccups in our transaction. But when everything was said and done, he fixed everything to make it right. We had a bit of a unique experience. The majority of experiences I could see going very well without a problem! He’s very good at keeping in touch and keeping you updated on what’s going on every step of the way. And will go above and beyond to make sure everything is as easy as possible on you as the seller. Even sending a mobile notary to me for the closing documents since I couldn’t make it to the closing location.
