We had to sell my brother's home and it was in severe disrepair and neglect. There was a post card for Clear Water Investments on the kitchen counter so I gave them a call. I spoke with Carson and explained that my brother was in the hospital and needed to sell his home quickly. I was impressed with Carson's honesty and caring attitude. He came out promptly and presented his offer to my brother via telephone in the hospital. The offer was a fair and honest offer which was accepted. He had the offer typed up and via conference call went over every line with my brother and myself.
The entire process from start to finish was prompt and professional. Molly of CWI was in constant contact with us and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. I want to give her a special thank you for all her help.
