I received a post card in the mail from Carson about his business. We spoke over the phone and he was very polite and asked all the right questions and had all the answers. My husband and I met with him the same day as the phone call. He was prompt and on time. We did a walk through of the property and of the process. Professionalism, follow-through, kindness, and above all integrity describe our experience with Clear Water Investing, LLC. Carson is a kind, caring person who wanted to get to know us and what we valued during the process of selling our late parent's home. He gave us a fair offer for the property and explained the entire process upfront. Jennifer took care of any questions I had and is a truly special person. She came out to the property and was even interested in learning about our parents and our family. She made me feel at ease and was very helpful with any questions we had. Closing was incredibly quick (30 days as we requested) and very easy. Carson and Jennifer even followed up with me after closing.
