I had a mixed experience. I rate the first cleaning experience as 5 stars, while the second was only 3 stars.
The first cleaning person communicated with me effectively using Google translate on her phone, which she initiated herself. She had no problem following the guidelines that I gave the coordinator for areas of focus, and then proactively decided how to use the remainder of her time.
The second person was less confident and called into the office at least 3 times during our session, which was disruptive for me as a busy caregiver. I had again given the coordinator my focus areas upfront, but this cleaner struggled to follow the guidelines and did not take the initiative to attend to more detailed areas when she had additional time left. Frustratingly, she threw some items in the trash that were part of the patient's toileting care. I showed them to her as I took...
