From our initial contact on the phone with Eddie--informative, friendly, responsive--to the scheduling of a deep clean at our convenience and then the actual cleaning itself, we couldn't have been more pleased. Jarelle and her team were extraordinary in the thoroughness and meticulousness of their cleaning. Our floors, rugs, carpets, furniture, stove, refrigerator, etc. have never been cleaner. In addition, they were highly efficient and completed their work--for a large house--in the time frame agreed upon. We had high expectations from the reviews we had read beforehand but the work of Jolly Maids we experienced exceeded even those.
