I made a mistake on this review, I didn't realize I was leaving a review.

Two visits were made to complete clean up after a sewage backup. The first crew really did nothing more then make a bigger mess and seemed to leave work incomplete. The job by the companies view was complete. The sales person stops by a few days later to see how every thing went. We expressed how terrible a job they did and we were not pleased. She promised to rectify the situation by sending in another crew at no cost to us. I expressed that we did not want anyone doing work if we were to expect additional charges. Well guess what happens, we get a bill charging for the second visit. After a $4,100 bill from them I'm still finishing up work they started. I am not happy with their work and find them dishonest.

Great Company, They completed everything on time and relieved the stress our family went though with our flood. We would recommend Clean Sweep to anyone. Courteous service, great employees.
