They came out and quickly did the job and send the bill directly to my insurance. Very easy process.

Clean Sweep Enterprises did a great job cleaning and sanitizing our basement after a sewage back up. Promptly arrived, courteous, and gave a lot of helpful tips. Also took extensive photos of our damage and removed and disposed of all destroyed items. Came back a few days later and removed the fans. Gave tips for our sump in the corner and left us with some additional cleaner for a box of vintage glassware that i wanted to clean by hand myself. Rob and Wes were great and i highly recommend clean sweep. I do not think they were the cheapest by far but were quick, professional, timely and efficient, which was needed for a weekend disaster while we had house guests. Kept me sane.

Clean sweep was our first choice as a local water mitigation company. Our initial conversation was with our case manage who could not have been more helpful and understanding. She walked me through how the process worked. On a Saturday afternoon, the team was able to come out access the situation, explain the process and photographed and documented everything (which was provided to us as soon as they were done). The team worked Saturday night and finished up by working a full
Day on Sunday. The crew was professional, thorough and friendly. I feel lucky to have picked this team and have recommended them to others (when/if needed). In a time of need, Clean Sweep was there to help get the job done. Thank you. New Windsor, MD

Will not recommend. We got a referral from Mike's Heating and Plumbing for this company, after our plumbing accident left our basement in a mess. By the time they came out, my husband had already removed the water, so all they did was put fans in for 5 days and spray anti microbial spray. They also took the broken drop ceiling tiles, but left remnants scattered in the basement. They took our carpets to clean, but returned smelly and dirty, after keeping for two weeks. We realized this after we got the basement re painted and rolled out carpets to put them back in. The kicker was the bill for over $2000. Poor work ethic and quality. Clean Sweep made a clean break with the money and left us cleaning up after them. Will not use them again. **response - Yes. It was Clean Sweep. The job was done under my husband's name. June 20th is the date of service.

We were very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team that came to help with our overflow problem.

broke antique pores in kitchen cabnets not allowing home owner. time to pa k dishescharged for mold disinfectant spraying and did not do charges for steam cleaning basement that was not done charged me for what insurance did not pay and threaten me to take my account to collections this company is a train rack very un professional do not use

It's been great working with Clean sweep team. They have given us great feedback and are always looking for ways to be a better company.

I would NOT recommend this company because they billed me almost 5K! I felt that they cheated on me. I would suggest that you find other company that will not cheat on you.
