Wesley and Josh came out within a couple of hours of my noticing a pipe bursting in my bathroom. I had no idea what to do, or expect. Wesley explained everything to me in a manner I would understand. They (Wesley/Josh) brought in all the necessary equipment, did the clean up, and returned a couple of days later to pick up the dryers. The office submitted a claim to my insurance for me. I literally had to do very little, other than making the call to Clean Sweep. Great job Wesley and Josh! You deserve many Kudos!!

2 weeks ago my mother in law had passed away. When my wife and I returned home later that evening, I had discovered that a drain line backed up and it had overflowed our utility sink and water had ran all the way across our finished basement. I had used Clean Sweep a few years ago at my brothers house when he and his family were out of the country on vacation and his water heater busted, flooding his finished basement. Both times were in the evening and they were able to get a crew out that same night. From start to finish everyone involved was fantastic to work with. Jamie and Josh could not have been more helpful or professional. They explained everything they were doing and did it quickly and efficiently. The area was cleaner when they left than what is was before we had water in the family room.

I highly recommend!! From the initial call to the actual clean up they exceeded my expectations. When Kyle and Chris showed up they were professional and didn’t waste time. I had water damage to my drywall and mold. They explained how they were going to remedy the problem and make sure the damage wouldn’t spread.
