James, Josh and Josh were exceptional! Polite, professional, and efficient. They were able to make it to our house for clean up with in just a short hour or two upon calling, and that was on a weekend! I couldn't be happier with the service that they provided! The young men who set everything up were incredibly personable and enjoyable to work with. They were also very knowledgeable. I didn't realize that they are not a franchise and that they are locally owned and operated and by women, no less, so that was a big bonus for me at least. I'm hoping I don't ever have to use them again simply because water damage is not fun. But if I do ever need similar services, I will definitely the contacting them.

Rob and Michael showed up and they found what 3 different plumbers couldn't find...the leak They got to work the next day and the mold was gone. Amazingly polite and easy to talk to. These guys work hard and work long hours, and you always receive a sunny outlook on life. I would definitely use them again!

We experienced a sewage backup caused by a failed County pump. Approximately 30+ gallons of sewage flowed from our laundry sink. We immediately contacted our insurance agent who recommended Clean Sweep. Wes and his crew arrived within a couple of hours and immediately went to work removing the sewage. The clean up required removing ceramic tile, carpets, baseboards, door jambs and casings and approximately the lower 24" of sheet rock in several rooms. Clean Sweep handled it all including disinfection and dehumidification. Because of the extent of the clean up we hired an industrial hygienist who took samples and identified about 5 additional feet of sheetrock that should be removed. Wes returned the next day and cheerfully managed the additional work and left us ready to rebuild. This is a good company when you have an emergency.

We had a terrible leak in our basement with drainage spilled across the basement. We called Clean Sweep and when Erik, Justin and Wes arrived, they assured me that they would take care of everything. They explained how they were certified and walked me through the whole process. Anytime I had any questions or concerns Erik was always friendly and answered my questions. They took out the drywall, basement sink cabinet, bagged everything up and sanitized and steam cleaned our concrete floor in addition to setting up machines to finishing the process. Overall I would rate Clean Sweep 5 Stars and recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of sewage or water damage cleaning in their home!!!!!
