Josh and his crew arrived on time. He fully explained the process to us, after which he examined the area having the problem and created a worksheet of all of the items that would be needed in the cleanup as well as identifying the area that would need repair/removal. Everything was was organized and very efficient. Once he had his plan developed he prepared our estimate and explained how the work would be completed. Immediately upon accepting the estimate his crew began removing the items in the area to a save location, and got to work. The initial cleanup took approximately 2 hours.
As promised, his crew returned in 72 hours, verified that the area was clean, and removed all of the containment and drying equipment.
The whole process was done in a very professional manner. We are very pleased with the result and would heartily recommend this company.
