Josh and his crew arrived on time. He fully explained the process to us, after which he examined the area having the problem and created a worksheet of all of the items that would be needed in the cleanup as well as identifying the area that would need repair/removal. Everything was was organized and very efficient. Once he had his plan developed he prepared our estimate and explained how the work would be completed. Immediately upon accepting the estimate his crew began removing the items in the area to a save location, and got to work. The initial cleanup took approximately 2 hours.

As promised, his crew returned in 72 hours, verified that the area was clean, and removed all of the containment and drying equipment.

The whole process was done in a very professional manner. We are very pleased with the result and would heartily recommend this company.

This team was well organized, took care with my item and was on time. They even wore booties to protect my home from debris. My basement has never looked so clean!

We had a wonderful experience with Clean Sweep. They came out about two hours after we called for an estimate (it was not an emergency visit). Wes, the team lead, was very professional and began surveying the situation quickly. He surmised the extent of the damage with amazing accuracy. His estimate of the effort required to remediate the situation was borne out once they began to remove and expose the damaged floor and cabinetry. He explained every step of the process and it all worked out well. He was very attentive to detail and very polite and helpful. One thing I appreciated is that Wes called 30-45 minutes ahead of arriving at the property. He stayed in close touch via text and phone as needed. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Clean Sweep for your water or sewage remediation needs.

James, Josh & Michael were extremely professional, friendly, timely and helpful in aiding in the cleanup and necessary work after my basement was flooded by a backed up toilet/pipe. Great communicators, they worked with me and were very patient and flexible regarding some difficulties getting my landlord on the phone to communicate necessary repairs and quotes. I would gladly recommend their services in the future!
